Throttle Position (TP) Sensor

THROTTLE POSITION (TP) SENSOR RESISTANCE

Application & Throttle Plate Position TP Sensor Terminals Resistance Ohms @ 68°F (20°C)

Throttle Fully Closed VTA & E2 200-6300
Throttle Fully Open VTA & E2 2000-10,200
All Positions VC & E2 2500-5900
GS300 & SC300 VC & E2 1200-3200
GS400, LS400 & SC400 VC & E2 1250-2350
(1) Disconnect vacuum hose from throttle opener. Apply vacuum to throttle opener to allow throttle to fully seat.
