Turn ignition on. Check voltage between terminals Tc and E1 of DLC1 or DLC2. See Figure. If 10-14 volts (LS400) or 8-14 volts (except LS400) is present, circuit is okay (ABS/TRAC ECU may be faulty if light does not blink when connecting a jumper wire between terminals Tc and E1). If 10-14 volts (LS400) or 8-14 volts (except LS400) is not present, check circuits between ABS/TRAC ECU, DLC1 and DLC2, and ground. If circuits are okay, replace ABS/TRAC ECU.
