Front Speed Sensor: Removal

  1. Disconnect speed sensor connector. 
    1. Remove the fender liner.
    2. Disconnect the speed sensor connector.

  2. Remove speed sensor. 
    1. Remove the bolt, flexible hose and speed sensor harness clamp from the shock absorber.
      1. Torque:  29 N.m (300 kgf.cm, 21 ft.lbf)
    2. Remove the resin clip and clamp bolt holding the sensor harness to the body.
      1. Torque:  5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)
    3. Remove the bolt and speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
      1. Torque:  7.8 N.m (80 kgf.cm, 69 in.lbf)
