Brake Line

NOTE: Bleed air from the rear brake first. If front brake is bled first, rear brake air cannot be bled.
  1. Fill reservoir with brake fluid.
  2. Connect a vinyl tube to the brake caliper and place the other end in a half-full container of brake fluid.
  3. Depress the brake pedal several times, then loosen the bleeder plug with the pedal held down.
  4. At the point when fluid starts to run out, tighten the bleeder plug to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Release the brake pedal. Repeat steps  3 and  4 until all the air in the fluid has been bled out.
  6. Repeat procedure to bleed air out of the brake line for each wheel.
  7. Check the fluid level and add fluid if necessary.
