Inspection Procedure

  1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST BY HAND-HELD TESTER 
    1. Active test
      1. Select the active test, and then check that the power window operates.

    HINT: During Active test, the hand-held tester sends signal to the driver side J/B (body ECU) to drive the power window motor. If the power window operates, the power window motor itself and the wire harness between the power window motor and driver side J/B (body ECU) is considered normal.

    Standard [Driver side J/B (body ECU) (rear RH side)]:

    OK: GO TO FLOWCHART (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH CIRCUIT) (See  POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH CIRCUIT (REAR RH DOOR)   ) 

    NG: Go to next step. 

  2. REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSY REAR 
    1. Replace the power window regulator switch assy rear (RH side).
    2. Check the power window operation.

    OK: END 

    NG: GO TO FLOWCHART (POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR CIRCUIT) (See  POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH CIRCUIT (REAR RH DOOR)   )
