Knock Sensor: Installation
- INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR
- Install the 2 knock sensors with the 2 nuts, as shown in the illustration.
Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
- Connect the 2 knock sensor connectors.
- Install the 2 knock sensors with the 2 nuts, as shown in the illustration.
- INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY
- Install the intake manifold (ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION ).
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION
- Perform initialization (INITIALIZATION
).NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Perform initialization (INITIALIZATION
).
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT ( ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
- CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS
- Check for engine coolant leaks (ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION ).
- CHECK FOR FUEL LEAKS ( REMOVAL )
