Shift Lever Assembly: Disassembly

REMOVE SHIFT LEVER GUIDE HOUSING
1. Using a screwdriver, pry up the No. 1 shift lever nut.
2. Using a screwdriver, pry up the floor shift lever lock pin.
3. Remove the shift liver guide housing.
REMOVE SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

1. Remove the 2 screws and shift lock control ECU sub-assembly.
REMOVE SHIFTING LEVER LINK

1. Remove the shift lever link and torsion spring from the shift lock control ECU sub-assembly.
REMOVE FLOOR SHIFT LEVER PIN

1. Remove the No. 2 detent rod and spring from control shift lever.
2. Remove the plate spring and floor shift lever pin from the shift lever plate sub-assembly.
REMOVE NO. 1 SHIFT LEVER INSERT

1. Remove the No. 1 shift liver insert from the floor shift assembly.
