Inspection Procedure

  1. CHECK WHETHER DTC OUTPUT RECURS (DTC P0607) 
    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and turn the tester on.
    3. Clear the DTCs (See DTC CHECK / CLEAR ).
    4. Turn the ignition switch off and turn the tester off.
    5. Disconnect the battery negative terminal and wait for 1 minute.
    6. Connect the battery negative terminal.
    7. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and turn the tester on.
    8. Select the following menu items: DIAGNOSIS / ENHANCED OBD II / DTC INFO / CURRENT CODES.
    9. Read the DTCs.

      Result 

      RESULT REFERENCE

      Display (DTC Output) Proceed to
      P0607 A
      No output B

    B: CHECK FOR INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS 

    A: REPLACE HV CONTROL ECU
