Cigarette Lighter Assembly: Installation

  1. INSTALL CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Align the cigarette lighter with the cutout of the hole bezel, and install the lighter to the hole bezel. Then attach the ring nut to the lighter, and turn the ring nut to install it.
    2. Insert the socket cap and turn it clockwise to install.
  2. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  INSTALLATION  )

  3. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH (See  INSTALLATION  ) 
  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
