Ignition Coil: Installation

INSTALL IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY
1. Install the 6 ignition coils with the 6 bolts.
  Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)
2. Connect the 6 ignition coil connectors.

INSTALL NO. 1 SURGE TANK STAY

NOTE: DO NOT apply oil to the bolt listed below:

TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Tightening Parts
No. 1 Surge tank stay and Cylinder head cover

Install the No. 1 surge tank stay with the bolt.
Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)

Install the bolt and clamp.
Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)

INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (See INSTALLATION )
ADD ENGINE COOLANT (See ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION )
CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS (See COOLING SYSTEM )
INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION UPPER CENTER BRACE (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL (See INSTALLATION )
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform initialization procedure (See INITIALIZATION ).
  NOTE: Some vehicle systems require initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
