Acceleration Sensor: Installation

  1. INSTALL ACCELERATION SENSOR 
    1. Install the acceleration sensor with the 2 nuts.

      Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

    2. Connect the acceleration sensor connector and clamp.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET  (See INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
  4. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )

  5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
  6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See INSTALLATION )
  7. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH 
  8. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH 
  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
    NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (See INITIALIZATION ).
