INSPECT CIRCUIT OPENING RELAY

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

1E-7 - 1E-13	10 kΩ or higher
1E-7 - 1E-13	Below 1 Ω (Battery voltage applied between terminals 1E-8 and 1D-12)
