Throttle Body: Removal

DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (See REPLACEMENT )
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the 2 nuts and V-bank cover sub-assembly.
REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the vacuum hoses (for the P/S idle-up and fuel pressure regulator) and ventilation hose.
2. Remove the air cleaner hose assembly.
REMOVE THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY
1. Disconnect the water by-pass hose, water by-pass hose No. 7 and the throttle position sensor connector.

2. Remove the 3 bolts and nut.
3. Remove the throttle body and the throttle body gasket
