Height Control Compressor: Installation

1. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL COMPRESSOR 
   1. Install the 3 bushings and bracket to the height control compressor with the 3 bolts.

      Torque: 5.9 N*m (60 kgf*cm, 52 in.*lbf)

   2. Push the connector into the housing until a clicking sound is heard.
   3. Attach the 3 clamps.
   4. Install the height control sensor with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque: 19.1 N*m (195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)

   5. Connect the height control tube (see PRECAUTION  ).
   6. Connect the height control filter to the bumper reinforcement.
   7. Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 2 clamps.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
3. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
   1. Perform INITIALIZATION .
   NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
5. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT 
   1. Check the SRS warning light (see DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM ).
6. INSPECT FOR AIR LEAK 
   1. Inspect for air leak (see OPERATION CHECK  ).
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH 
   1. Install the 2 bolts.
8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER  (See INSTALLATION )
9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
10. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
11. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH  (See INSTALLATION )
12. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH  (See INSTALLATION )
13. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOLDING LH  (See INSTALLATION )
14. INSTALL FRONT FENDER WHEEL OPENING MOLDING RH  (See INSTALLATION )
15. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
16. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL  (See INSTALLATION )
17. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION )
18. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH  (See INSTALLATION )
19. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH  (See INSTALLATION )
20. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH 

Torque: 140 N*m (1428 kgf*cm, 103 ft.*lbf)
