Intake Air Control Valve Actuator: Installation

INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE ACTUATOR
1. Temporarily install the actuator rod to the intake air control valve actuator.
2. Install the intake air control valve actuator to the intake manifold with the 2 bolts
  Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)

3. Install the actuator rod to the intake air control valve actuator with the nut
  Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
  
  NOTE: When tightening the nut, hold the actuator rod in place so that it does not move.
4. Connect the intake air control valve actuator connector
INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP (See INSTALLATION )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (see INITIALIZATION ).
INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH (See INSTALLATION )
INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY (See INSTALLATION )
