Inspection Procedure
- CHECK LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check for LIN communication system DTCs related to the power window control system (See
DTC CHECK / CLEAR
).
OK: LIN communication system DTCs are not output.
NG: GO TO LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM (See DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART )
OK: Go to next step
- Check for LIN communication system DTCs related to the power window control system (See
DTC CHECK / CLEAR
).
- CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH (WINDOW LOCK SWITCH)
- Turn the window lock switch off and operate the switches on the multiplex network master switch. Check that the remote up/down function operates (See OPERATION CHECK
).
OK: Remote up/down function operates.
NG: REPLACE MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )
OK: END
- Turn the window lock switch off and operate the switches on the multiplex network master switch. Check that the remote up/down function operates (See OPERATION CHECK
).
