Mass Air Flow Meter: Removal

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.

REMOVE MASS AIR FLOW METER
1. Disconnect the air flow meter connector.
2. Remove the 2 screws and mass air flow meter.
3. Remove O-ring from the mass air flow meter.
