How To Proceed With Troubleshooting
HINT:
- Use this procedure to troubleshoot the active engine mounting system.
- Techstream should be used in steps 2, 6 and 7.

- CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS

- INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE
Standard voltage
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding.

- CHECK AND CLEAR DTCS
- Refer to the DTC CHECK / CLEAR. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
NEXT: Go to next step
- Refer to the DTC CHECK / CLEAR. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR .
- VISUAL INSPECTION
NEXT: Go to next step
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST
- Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
- Start the engine.
- Select the item "Powertrain / E-ACM / Active Test / Check the E-ACM".
NEXT: Go to next step
- CHECK FOR DTC
- Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.
- Delete the DTC.
- Recheck for DTCs. Try to prompt the DTC by simulating the original activity that the DTC suggests.
