  1. POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM

    Compressor/Air Inlet DEF operation LINK Function to turn the A/C ON automatically linked with the FRONT DEF button when the A/C is OFF LINK/NORMAL
    Evaporator Control AUTO Function to set the evaporator control to the AUTOMATIC position (AUTO) to save power, or to the coldest position (MANUAL) to dehumidify the air and to prevent the windows from fogging up AUTO/MANUAL

  3. THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM 
    SECURITY

    Passive Mode* OFF
    • PASSIVE MODE is a function that switches theft deterrent system from arming preparation state to armed state 30 seconds after key is not in the actuation area and all doors, engine hood and luggage compartment door are closed, even if doors are not locked by wireless or door key lock operation.
    • In PASSIVE MODE, if you do not perform following operations within 14 seconds after door is opened during armed state, theft deterrent system will judge that condition as a theft and switch to alarm sounding state
      • Unlock any door by key or wireless operation
      • Turn the engine switch on (IG)
      • Open luggage compartment door by wireless operation
    ON/OFF
    Warning by Horn ON Function that makes vehicle horn and theft deterrent horn able to be used as a warning device ON/OFF

  4. LIGHTING SYSTEM 
    ILLUMINATED ENTRY

    Display Default Contents Setting
    Lighting Time 15 s Changes the lighting time of the front seat illumination, rear seat illumination, interior light, rear door courtesy lights, and engine switch illumination after closing the door. It will quickly fade out when the engine switch is turned on (IG).
    (Front personal switches are OFF, DOOR switch is ON, and seat illumination switch is OFF)

    I/L when ACC OFF ON Lights up the front seat illumination, rear seat illumination, interior light, rear door courtesy lights, and engine switch illumination when the engine switch is turned off. ON/OFF
    I/L ON W/Door Key Unlock ON Lights up the front seat illumination, rear seat illumination, interior light, rear door courtesy lights, footwell illumination, and engine switch illumination when the doors are unlocked. ON/OFF
    Illumination System ON Lights up the footwell illumination when one of the following occurs: the engine switch is turned on (IG), or any door is unlocked or opened. ON/OFF
    Light Control ON Dims (ON setting) or turns off (OFF setting) the footwell illumination under the following conditions: Engine switch on (IG), shift lever not in P, and all doors closed. ON/OFF

  7. SMART ACCESS SYSTEM WITH PUSH-BUTTON START (DOOR LOCK)

    ON Function to operate the theft deterrent system by keeping pressing the lock button of the transmitter for 2.5 seconds. If there is a panic button, press the panic button instead of the lock button. ON/OFF
    Wirels Buzz Vol Level 7 Function to adjust the volume of the wireless door lock buzzer. Level 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7
    WARNING

    Key Low Battery Warning ON Function to set a warning function for the time when a key battery becomes weak. ON/OFF
  8. ENTRY UNLOCK MODE SWITCHING FUNCTION 
    1. Check that the power source mode is OFF and the LED on the electrical key is not blinking. Press the LOCK switch and one of the other switches on the electrical key at the same time for approximately 5 seconds while the electrical key is in the action area.
      • When the switches are pressed and held for 5 seconds, the entry door unlock mode changes in the following order: driver door mode, all door mode.
      NOTE: After pressing and holding the switches for 5 seconds, wait 5 seconds before performing the same procedure again.
      • Driver door unlock mode:

        When the driver door's touch sensor is touched, only the driver door unlocks. When another touch sensor is touched, all doors unlock.

      • All door unlock mode:

        When the touch sensor is touched, all doors unlock.

    2. The certification ECU receives this signal from the entry door control receiver and changes the smart access system with push-button start to the entry unlock mode.
    3. The certification ECU sounds the buzzers of the wireless door lock buzzer and combination meter to inform the user that the mode has been switched.

      HINT: 

      The function only changes the entry unlock mode of the smart access system with push-button start. It does not switch the unlocking of the wireless door lock control.

  9. ELECTRICAL KEY CANCEL 

    The electrical key cancel operation disables the following functions:

    • Entry Unlock/Lock
    • Entry Luggage Compartment Open
    • Electrical Key Lock-in Prevention
    • Warning
    • Memory Call
    1. The operation procedures are as follows:

      Precondition:

      Engine switch off, driver side door closed and unlocked.

      1. Unlock the driver side door once with the UNLOCK switch of the electrical key.
      2. Open the driver door within 5 seconds.
      3. Unlock the driver side door twice with the UNLOCK switch of the electrical key within 5 seconds.
      4. Close and open the driver door twice within 30 seconds.

        (Driver door: Close → Open → Close → Open)

      5. Unlock the driver side door twice with the UNLOCK switch of the electrical key within 5 seconds.
      6. Close and open the driver door within 30 seconds.

        (Driver door: Close → Open)

      7. Close the driver door within 5 seconds.

        When electrical key cancel is activated, the wireless door lock buzzer sounds twice.

        To return to the original condition, perform the procedures again. When the original condition is returned, the wireless door lock buzzer sounds once.

  10. METER/GAUGE SYSTEM

    • *2: This function is linked with the power window wireless transmitter-linked function. If the power window wireless transmitter-linked function is set to OFF, the sliding roof wireless transmitter-linked function will not operate even when it is set to ON.
    • *3: This function is linked with the power window key-linked function. If the power window key-linked function is set to OFF, the sliding roof key-linked function will not operate even when it is set to ON.
