POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) IDENTIFICATION

B2311 Power Window Motor Malfunction - Power window regulator motor
- Battery disconnection when engine switch on (IG)
- Incorrect installation of power window components

B2312 Power Window Switch Malfunction - Multiplex network master switch
- Power window regulator switch
- Power window regulator motor
- Harness or connector
- Multiplex network master switch held in same position for more than 20 seconds.
