DTC B27C0-57: Digital Key System Invalid/Incompatible Software Component [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the D58 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.
2. Disconnect the G30 digital key ECU assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D58-17 (UAT2) - G30-23 (UART)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   D58-17 (UAT2) or G30-23 (UART) - Other terminals and body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

4. Connect the D58 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Smart Access > Clear DTCs 

2. Check for DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Smart Access > Trouble Codes
