Test L: One-Touch Down Feature Does Not Operate Properly
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Lightly press master control switch to driver's door window switch DOWN position. If driver's door window does not go all the way down, go to next step. If driver's door window goes all the way down, go to step 3 .
- Press message center MENU switch until message center reads EXPRESS WINDOW. If one-touch down feature is ON, go to next step. If one-touch down feature is not ON, press SELECT switch to turn one-touch down feature on.
- Operate driver's door window several times while observing window operation. If window operates smoothly without any sticking or binding, go to next step. If window does not operate smoothly without any sticking or binding, repair window mechanism as necessary.
- Operate driver's door window to full UP position. Press master window control switch to driver's window switch DOWN position. While window is in motion, press master window control switch to driver's window UP position. If driver's door window stops, system is okay at this time. If driver's door window does not stop, replace driver's door module.
