Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove lower instrument panel steering column cover. Remove bulkhead electrical connectors (C243 and C242) from Central Junction Box (CJB).
  2. Unbolt and remove CJB. Disconnect GEM/CTM electrical connectors. Remove screws and disconnect the GEM/CTM from the backside of the central junction box. To install, reverse removal procedure.
