Cable Adjustment - Shift Control, Floor Shift

NOTE: The shift control cable adjustment procedure must be performed in the order shown.
  1. Position the transaxle range selector lever in OVERDRIVE.
    2. Fig 1: Locating Shift Control Cable Retaining Nut

  2. Loosen the manual control lever-to-shift control cable retaining nut.
  3. Position the manual control lever in OVERDRIVE. Tighten the nut.

  4. Check the operation of the transaxle in each transaxle range selector lever positions.
