Driven Sprocket: Check

  1. Check the bearing race to verify that it has not moved out of position or become scored. If worn or scored, a new driven sprocket will need to be installed.

    Inspect the sensor wheel for bent or damaged tabs.

  2. NOTE: The speed sensor wheel only needs to be replaced if damaged.
  3. Remove the speed sensor wheel.

  5. Using the special tools, install new speed sensor ring.
