Oil Level Indicator and Tube

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Remove the steering intermediate shaft. For additional information, refer to STEERING SYSTEM article.
  3. Remove the LH front wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to SUSPENSION SYSTEM .
  4. Remove the LH front inner fenderwell. For additional information, refer to BODY SYSTEM - EXTERIOR .
  5. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
