HEADLAMPS FRONT ELECTRONIC MODULE (FEM) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) LIST

DTC Description Source Action
B1342 ECU is Defective FEM CLEAR and DOCUMENT the DTCs. CARRY OUT the FEM. If DTC B1342 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new FEM. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES . TEST the system for normal operation.
B1567 Lamp Headlamp High-Beam Circuit Failure FEM If high beam is inoperative, Go To PINPOINT TEST D .
If high beam is always on, Go To PINPOINT TEST E .
B1794 Lamp Headlamp Low-Beam Circuit Failure FEM If low beam is inoperative, Go To PINPOINT TEST C .
If low beam is always on, Go To PINPOINT TEST E .
All other DTCs - FEM REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES .

B1342 ECU is Defective Instrument Cluster CLEAR and DOCUMENT the DTCs. CARRY OUT the instrument cluster self-test. If DTC B1342 is retrieved again, INSTALL a new instrument cluster. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER . TEST the system for normal operation.
B1470 Lamp Headlamp Input Circuit Failure Instrument Cluster Go To PINPOINT TEST E .
B1567 Lamp Headlamp High-Beam Circuit Failure Instrument Cluster Go To PINPOINT TEST B .
