Steering Column Shroud

Item Part Number Description
1 W707628 Steering column opening trim panel screw (3 required)
2 04459 Steering column opening trim
3 W710485 Lower steering column shroud screw (3 required)
4 3530 Lower steering column shroud
5 3530 Upper steering column shroud
6 - Power tilt switch electrical connector (part of 14401) (if equipped)

All columns 

  1. Remove the 3 screws and steering column opening trim panel.

  2. If equipped, remove the screw and steering column manual tilt lever.

  3. Remove the upper and lower steering column shrouds.
    • If equipped, position the selector lever boot aside.
    • Unclip the upper steering column shroud from the lower steering column shroud and remove.
    • Remove the 3 screws and the lower shroud.

    Power tilt columns 

  4. Disconnect the power tilt electrical connector.

    All columns 

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
