Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

During new module installation, configuration files are loaded into the new module being replaced. If a discrepancy is detected between the modules or an incomplete programming procedure is carried out, a DTC sets. 

PPT Z ABS MODULE DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITIONS

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
P05D3:57 Driver Mode Select Switch "A" Range/Performance: Invalid/Incompatible Software Component This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures. The module must be reconfigured using as-built data.
U0300:51 Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility: Not Programmed This DTC sets when the software release level has not been programmed into the module. This is most likely due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2100:46 Initial Configuration Not Complete: Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure This DTC is preset in a new ABS module and clears automatically when the ABS module is configured correctly. This DTC also sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2100:51 Initial Configuration Not Complete: Not Programmed This DTC is preset in a new ABS module and clears automatically when the ABS module is configured correctly. This DTC also sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2100:56 Initial Configuration Not Complete: Invalid/Incompatible Configuration This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2100:57 Initial Configuration Not Complete: Invalid/Incompatible Software Component This DTC is preset in a new ABS module and clears automatically when the ABS module is configured correctly. This DTC also sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2101:55 Control Module Configuration Incompatible: Not Configured This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2101:56 Control Module Configuration Incompatible: Invalid/Incompatible Configuration This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2101:57 Control Module Configuration Incompatible: Invalid/Incompatible Software Component This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2200:00 Control Module Configuration Memory Corrupt: No Sub Type Information This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
U2200:83 Control Module Configuration Memory Corrupt: Value of Signal Protection Calculation Incorrect This DTC sets due to incomplete or improper module programming procedures.
