Steering Column: Disassembly
- Remove steering wheel. See Midget under STEERING WHEELS & COLUMN SWITCHES in this Section.
- Remove 4 small screws attaching shroud halves to steering column. Remove shrouds. Remove 2 small screws mounting wiper switch and slide switch out.
- Remove 2 screws holding turn signal combination switch, disconnect horn slip ring and remove switch. Disconnect key warning buzzer lead at steering column, then remove ignition switch. Note position of turn signal canceller and remove from column.
