All Other Models

Remove instrument panel from dashboard. Remove speedometer glass and connect test lamp and battery. See Fig 1. When speedometer needle indicates less than 63 MPH, test lamp should glow. When speedometer needle indicates more than 63 MPH, lamp should not glow. If not, replace vehicle speed switch.
