1. Remove meter assembly from dash board then remove speedometer glass.
2. Connect test lamp, Figs 9 and 10.
3. When speedometer needle indicates less than approximately 63 mph, test lamp should illuminate.
4. When speedometer needle indicates greater than approximately 63 mph, test lamp should not illuminate.
