Vacuum Sensor

  1. The vacuum sensor is located on the left hand side of the firewall. Start the engine and run at idle. Connect a voltmeter to the sensor Blue wire terminal.
  2. Voltmeter should read approximately 1V. Disconnect the vacuum sensing tube from the sensor. The reading should then change to 4V. See Fig 1 .
