EGR Modulator Valve
- The EGR modulator valve is located on the intake manifold. Disconnect the EGR control valve-to-modulator valve hose (Red stripe) at the modulator valve.
- Warm engine to operating temperature. Increase engine speed to 2000 RPM. Vacuum should be present at the modulator port. If not, replace the valve.
