Servo Diaphragm Adjustment

  1. Remove the air cleaner. Warm up engine to operating temperature and connect a tachometer. Disconnect a vacuum sensing tube from the servo. Connect servo to intake manifold vacuum.
  2. Increase engine speed to 2000 RPM and release throttle. Engine speed should be within 1100-1300 RPM. If engine speed is not within specification, adjust servo screw.
