Fast Idle Solenoid Valve (Federal Models)
Bring engine to operating temperature and run at idle. Using jumper wire, ground Blue/Yellow terminal of solenoid valve. Engine speed should increase.
NOTE:
Grounding Black/White terminal by mistake will blow ignition system fuse.
