EGR Solenoid Valve
- The EGR solenoid valve is located on the firewall (behind carburetor). Remove rubber plug from port "B" and disconnect vacuum hose leading to port "A". See Fig 1 . Blow through hose leading to port "A". Verify that air is expelled from port "B".
- Disconnect vacuum hose from port "C". Unplug electrical connector, apply battery voltage to Yellow/Black terminal and ground Yellow/Green terminal. Blow air through port "A": Air should be expelled through port "C".
