Atmospheric Pressure Sensor

  1. Remove rubber cap from sensor. Attach hand-held vacuum pump to port on sensor. See Fig 1 . Turn ignition on and check voltage between each terminal and ground. See ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE SENSOR SPECIFICATIONS  table.
  2. If voltage at terminal "A", "C", or "D" is incorrect, check wiring harness. If voltage at terminal "A", "C", and "D" is correct, but voltage at terminal "B" is incorrect, replace atmospheric pressure sensor.
