626 Turbo

  1. Disconnect hose from pressure switch and connect Pressure Tester (49 H080 740) to switch. Apply 10-11 psi (.7-.8 kg/cm2 ). Connect ohmmeter between switch terminal and ground. Reading should be below 1.5 volts with air applied. With less than 10-11 psi (.7-.8 kg/cm2 ) applied, reading must be about 12 volts.
  2. To check switch resistance, remove switch. Connect pressure tester to switch and apply compressed air. Continuity between terminals should be indicated when more than 10-11 psi (.7-.8 kg/cm2 ) is applied. No continuity should exist at any other time.
