Power Steering Idle-Up Signal

Bring engine to normal operating temperature and run at idle. With idle-up valve connector attached, use a voltmeter between terminal "D" and ground. See Figure . Turn steering wheel to full right or left and hold. Ensure there are zero volts. Release steering wheel and ensure 12 volts are present.
