Servo Diaphragm

  1. Ensure all accessories are off and connect a tachometer. Bring engine to normal operating temperature and run at idle. Disconnect vacuum hose at servo diaphragm.
  2. Disconnect intake manifold vacuum hose at 3-way solenoid valve and connect to servo diaphragm. Increase engine speed to 2000 RPM and release it. Engine RPM should be 1300-1500 RPM. If RPM is not within specifications, adjust by turning servo diaphragm adjusting screw.
