EGR Duty Solenoid Valve
Turn ignition on. Using a voltmeter, ensure that 12 volts is present at each solenoid terminal. If 12 volts are not present at any terminal, check duty solenoid valve, valve wiring, and ECU terminals 2C and 2D.
