Knock Control System (Turbo Only)
- Connect Self-Diagnostic Checker (49 H018 9A1 ) and ground test connector lead. Turn ignition on.
- Tap lightly on right engine hanger. Ensure monitor lamp on checker flashes. If not, connect a good knock sensor and recheck.
- If test results remain the same, replace knock control unit.
