Trouble Code No. 02
- Check all connections and repair as necessary. Check airflow meter resistance. See AIRFLOW METER under COMPONENT TESTING in this article.
- If resistance is okay, check for voltage at BRN/WHT wire of airflow connector. Voltage should be 4.5-5.5 volts. If voltage is not within specification, check for faulty wiring circuit or defective ECU.
- If voltage is correct, check for continuity between proper terminals of airflow meter and ECU. See ECU & AIRFLOW METER TERMINAL USAGE table. Determine terminal identification. See Figure and Fig 1 . If continuity does not exist, check wiring circuit. If continuity exists, ECU is defective.
