Slow Fuel-Cut System

Connect voltmeter to Light Green "F" terminal of carburetor connector. Increase engine speed to 3000 RPM. Lift idle switch arm. See Figure and Fig 1 . Voltmeter should indicate 12 volts at greater than 2500 RPM, and less than 1.5 volts at less than 2500 RPM. Check slow fuel-cut solenoid and "2D" terminal of ECU if system fails.
