Vacuum Signal

Disconnect vacuum hose from swirl control valve actuator. See Fig 1 . Place finger over hose and verify vacuum is felt at idle. Gradually increase engine speed and verify no vacuum is felt at greater than 4000 RPM. Reconnect vacuum hose to actuator.
