Auxiliary Port Valve Actuator (Non-Turbo)
- Auxiliary port valve in intake manifold is operated by a vacuum controlled actuator. Remove hose from actuator. Install pressure gauge on line fitting.
- Apply low pressure compressed air to actuator and check operation. Actuator should start to move at approximately .85 psi (.06 kg/cm2 ) and be fully opened with 1.4 psi (.095 kg/cm2 ) applied. Replace actuator if not within specification.
