Connect jumper wire between ground and Green test connector in left front corner of engine compartment. See Fig 1 , Fig 2 and Figure . Connect timing light. Set timing to specification. See IGNITION TIMING SPECIFICATIONS - EXCEPT RX7 TABLE  . See Figure . Remove jumper wire.
