MX-6 & 626

  1. On non-turbo vehicles, disconnect and plug distributor vacuum advance hose. On turbo vehicles, connect jumper wire between ground and Green test connector near left shock tower. See Fig 1 .
  2. Connect timing light. Set timing to specification. See IGNITION TIMING SPECIFICATIONS - EXCEPT RX7 TABLE  . See Figure . On non- turbo vehicles, connect distributor vacuum advance hose. On turbo vehicles, remove jumper wire.
