(1) Place automatic transmission in Park.
(2) Connect jumper wire between ground and Green test connector.
(3) Idle speed is not adjustable, however, throttle angle (minimum air rate) can be set using special procedure. See appropriate ADJUSTMENTS article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE section.
